3. We give you the recipe.
Ingredients: ½ Lamb, garlic, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 2 carrots, lauriel, rosemary, salt
and olive oil.
We put in a casserole the lamb with the ribs up, in the
bottom a tablespoon of olive oil, a little water and
salt.
We introduce in the oven on low heat (150 ° C) for one
hour.
After that, we turn the piece of lamb and season it
and add a few tablespoons of water with lemon.
Again we introduce into the oven for approx. 30 min.
high heat (180 ° C) and is ready to be served.
We can add a few roasted potatoes with onion in
another pan in the oven, if we have room, or we can
make them in advance and then heat them.
It can also be accompanied by a salad of endive,
lettuce and fresh chives.
4. Chocolate Cake , ice cream , turrón…
Turron is the most popular dessert in Spain. It is made of:
sugar, almonds, eggs, honey and lemon skin. Children like it
with chocolate.
5. This dessert is eaten on the 5th and 6th of January, when the
Three Kings bring presents for everybody. It is usually filled
with cream or chocolate. Above it is orange, lime and red and
green cherries. Delicious!!!
