• Vermont nonprofit with annual operating
budget under $2.5 million (some spaces
reserved for those with budgets under $1
million) - organizations with a fiscal agent
qualify if they have their own budget and board
• Community and statewide coalitions are eligible
to apply

• Submission of Performance Institute
Application
• Organizational readiness, as determined by
CCAT scores (score of 190 or above on three of
the four capacity areas), Performance Institute
application responses, and interview for finalists
