Document Visibility
B2B Framework provides end-to-end visibility
across all transactions, business operations, and
trading partners. You can customize your document
visibility view to see particular types of activities,
date ranges, relationships, etc. to make sure that
you never again incur fines for missed SLA metrics.
You'll be able to respond to customer and partner
requests quickly, improving satisfaction.
If you want to learn more about a particular
transaction, you just click on it and you will see all
prior communications related to that transaction,
customer relations history, shipping details, and more.
Furthermore, by clicking on a message, you can
see the transactions contained within a particular
message. In addition, you can click further to view
the original message in a transaction, view the
transaction details, the document, envelope data
and the message that is translated out.
