17. Reading Program
(Start on 24 September)
Reading program aims at building up students’ reading
habit and interests.
The books will be sent home on Monday. Please remind
your child to read and sign on the reading log. Students
need to return the book every week to switch for a new
one.
25. Observation
The teachers will be observing the children
throughout the year during the learning and teaching
process, in order to assess their development in term
of listening and speaking, reading and writing skills.
Observation will be carried out while the kids are
singing and saying rhymes, write characters, having
conversation taught, doing role plays, answering
questions with complete sentences, being engaged in
reading books, recognizing words taught, doing
