US and a team of 400+ within 6 years, they currently offer a 360-degree view of the market with statistical forecasts,

How an Indian market research company used job postings on social
networks to hire over 90% of their team
TMR started in the city of Pune with a very small team. They were in business for
a couple of years with a team of 60-70, when market demand compelled rapid
expansion. In a short span of 6 months, the requirement was to bring on board
an additional 150-200 people across departments. The leadership team realised
that traditional job portals and recruiting agents put together, were unlikely to
deliver these numbers.
This is when they decided to explore the network effect of LinkedIn for their jobs
as an additional stream for potential candidates.
