Good morning, everyone. Hearty congratulations on being appointed to this prestigious position.
I welcome you to this workshop for district cabinet secretaries of multiple district 320 extending over the states of Telangana and Karnataka.
I am nagaRAJU, past district cabinet secretary, past district cabinet treasurer, past region chairperson from 320D and a faculty development institute graduate.
Please get involved in the proceedings and help me make the workshop interactive. Fell free to ask me questions whenever you have them.
DCS plays a vital role in communicating, scheduling and providing resources to club leaders, district leaders and assists the DG team.
DCS is a key member of the district leadership team and has many different responsibilities:
Working with the district governor
Working closely with other district officers
Handling district correspondence
Keeping all district records
Monitoring various reports
coordinating the district cabinet meetings
You may have some knowledge of MyLCI.
In 2012, MyLCI was launched , and it was upgraded in 2014.
