3. Implementation Manager
London/Manchester  Supply Chain Finance  Permanent
The Role
 To manage a portfolio of new business, engaging directly with clients
 Ensure there is effective communication with clients and business areas
 Work with clients and sponsoring divisions to ensure legal documentation is completed to Bank
standards
 Take a lead role in the end to end implementation of major " new business" opportunities
 Provide Client & Operational support during take-on of new business/roll out of the new service
 Participation in customer implementation meetings/presentations as required

Who do they want?
 A degree or postgraduate degree in a numerate subject
 More than 5 years of practical experience of production of estimates with
experience of top down estimating processes and procedures
 Detailed knowledge of capital efficiency benchmarking (eg Cost Base)
 Understanding of Whole Life Costing of capital assets including Carbon
costing principles for embodied carbon
 Knowledge of capital allowances / tax depreciation principles relating to
utility industries
 Good knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques
