LISI AUTOMOTIVE is a division of the LISI GROUP, a world leader in the design and manufacture of assembly solutions with high added-value (screws, nuts, metal and plastic clips, safety mechanical components). Created at the beginning of the industrial era, the LISI AUTOMOTIVE’s success relies on the innovation, a wide technological know-how and the satisfaction of its customers.
The history of LISI began in 1777 with the successive integration of the following companies JAPY, VIELLARD MIGEON, MARTOURET, SID and BOHLY which intervened all in the field of fasteners. Their fusion gave birth to FORMER in 1985. In the subsequent years, the companies MOHR UND FRIEDRICH (1995), MECANO (2000), RAPID (2000), KNIPPING (2005) and NOMEL (2010) were integrated to form LISI AUTOMOTIVE.
