Create boundaries for your own: If you are working and want to spend time with your kids then you have to create boundaries for your own because no one tell you in between meeting that your time is over and you have to go to home to your kids. You are one who has to pack up and go to your home and have to spend time with your kids. You have to leave your work at reasonable time and do not waste your evenings on smart phones. 2. Take help from other mothers: Try to observe other mothers and take help from them that how they care and spend time with their kids. And how they balance between their work and their kids. Take suggestions from them and share your experience with them. They can solve your problem and advice you to how to manage your work, home and kids simultaneously.

So, that you can make yourself load free and fulfill your all the responsibility without any tension and stress.
