4. Common Anxious Thoughts “People will be disappointed in me” “If I don’t do well, that means I’m dumb!” “If I don’t do well on this assignment that means I am going to flunk this class.” “I’m just a bad student, and can’t change.” Which ones do you have?
5. Healthy Thoughts “I am not stupid, but I will seek help if necessary.” “I’ve done well in the past, and am capable of doing well again.” “I will learn from my mistakes and improve in the future.”
