• Philosophical approach

– Knowledge is a conceptual higher level abstraction of information

Tecnologia da Universidade Fernando Pessoa. Agregado em
Gestão Industrial (UA, 2010) e Doutor em Ciências da
Computação (Lancaster, UK, 2002). É membro do núcleo
Tecnologia, Sociedade e Governança (CAPP), Universidade
Técnica de Lisboa. Investiga e publica sobre como pode o
digital e as suas aplicações beneficiar a atividade humana.
