À propos
The TAM Akademie was founded in 1974 by the german business-consulting luminary Roland Berger. Historically TAM had a strong focus on training “Sales-Trainers” but would soon proceed to become germanys first and leading Academy for professional Train-the-Trainer courses. TAM has ever since been a guiding light in the emergence of what would later become known as the ‘Business-Trainer’.
TAM Business-Trainers aid and develop Leaders in perceiving their role as mentors, rather than mere managers. Ever accelerating innovation-cycles demand a new skill-set that ultimately emphasizes on the capacity of “life-long-learning”.
