LOUISE CHESTER
Louise started practicing mindfulness in 1994. It helped her have balance in her life, while sustaining a pressured career in investment analysis and fund management,
ultimately as Head of Research and then Global Sector Head for Dresdner RCM. Since 2010, Louise and her team have been working strategically with organisations
ranging from Ashurst LLP to JP Morgan, to enable many thousands of employees to access award-winning, highly-effective mindfulness at work training. Louise and
her colleagues offer Potential Project training so that those in the corporate world can benefit from the ‘gold standard’ in corporate-based mindfulness training for
teams and leaders. Louise is a member of the Mindfulness Association, has monthly supervision and commits at least 6 weeks a year to retreats with global leaders in
the fields of mindfulness, insight and compassion.
DANIEL STANE
Daniel is an international facilitator, coach and consultant specialising in mindful and inclusive leadership, with a mission to inspire and support leaders to develop and
create sustainable (human) impact and greater wellbeing in organisations.
Daniel has built a reputation as a dynamic facilitator with a practical and insightful style. He integrates an application of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and
potential-oriented psychology to support executives to develop a more conscious approach to leadership.
A committed mindfulness practitioner for many years and with over 20 years of business experience, Daniel draws on career success as a senior international manager
for one of the world’s largest manufacturers. As a certified coach and master facilitator of a number of globally renowned leadership and inclusion programmes,
Daniel also speaks several European languages including French and Czech, and is able to connect well with a diverse range of nationalities and cultural contexts.
JENNI TOULSON
Jenni Toulson has over 20 years experience in the delivery of organisational change programmes in complex and dynamic environments. She has a successful work
portfolio that spans a range of business sectors that include government, health, transport, leisure and human resources. As a director she consults in the delivery of
change and transformation programmes, facilitates leadership development workshops and works at Board level as an executive coach. Jenni is passionate about
supporting individuals, teams and organisations open up to the opportunities created during change by developing new behaviours and skills that ensure personal and
organisational success. She believes that evidence-based mindfulness practices when embedded within the organisation, provide the foundation to support significant
improvements in focus, clarity, wellbeing, efficacy of decision making and productivity. Jenni herself is a long-term, dedicated practitioner of mindfulness, has trained
in Mindfulness with Bangor University and holds a foundation level qualification in Mindfulness and Compassion. She receives monthly supervision for her practice
and attends regular retreats.

Louise and her colleagues offer Potential Project training so that those in the corporate world can benefit from the ‘gold standard’ in corporate-based mindfulness training for teams and leaders. Louise is a member of the Mindfulness Association, has monthly supervision and commits at least 6 weeks a year to retreats with global leaders in the fields of mindfulness, insight and compassion. DANIEL STANE Daniel is an international facilitator, coach and consultant specialising in mindful and inclusive leadership, with a mission to inspire and support leaders to develop and create sustainable (human) impact and greater wellbeing in organisations. Daniel has built a reputation as a dynamic facilitator with a practical and insightful style. He integrates an application of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and potential-oriented psychology to support executives to develop a more conscious approach to leadership. A committed mindfulness practitioner for many years and with over 20 years of business experience, Daniel draws on career success as a senior international manager for one of the world’s largest manufacturers. As a certified coach and master facilitator of a number of globally renowned leadership and inclusion programmes, Daniel also speaks several European languages including French and Czech, and is able to connect well with a diverse range of nationalities and cultural contexts. JENNI TOULSON Jenni Toulson has over 20 years experience in the delivery of organisational change programmes in complex and dynamic environments. She has a successful work portfolio that spans a range of business sectors that include government, health, transport, leisure and human resources. As a director she consults in the delivery of change and transformation programmes, facilitates leadership development workshops and works at Board level as an executive coach. Jenni is passionate about supporting individuals, teams and organisations open up to the opportunities created during change by developing new behaviours and skills that ensure personal and organisational success. She believes that evidence-based mindfulness practices when embedded within the organisation, provide the foundation to support significant improvements in focus, clarity, wellbeing, efficacy of decision making and productivity. Jenni herself is a long-term, dedicated practitioner of mindfulness, has trained in Mindfulness with Bangor University and holds a foundation level qualification in Mindfulness and Compassion.
