I am a dedicated and committed professional, that have spend the last 15 years in that of the Leisure and
Hospitality field. I drive revenue growth and ensure operations run effectively without compromising on
quality or guest satisfaction. The vast amount of knowledge I have acquired throughout the years in both
Leisure and Hospitality has given me a set of tools where I can lead a team, make strategic decisions and
ensure that organizational goals are met and exceeded. Having spent the last 9 years in the Middle East, I
understand the market, the demands and also the limitations that one can face in this region. I have worked
with various entities within the region and also have extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage and
Corporate Brand Image.
• Looked after all operations regarding skill games and attractions with in U.A.E. and Middle East.
Responsible for providing strategic operational direction necessary to support the relative operations
divisions. Manage the overall daily operations in the site, including inventory control, on the job training
and performance management
• Core business is to develop, establish and implement skill games in theme parks, malls, event sites and
government run organizations, arcades throughout that of the GCC region. Worked with entities such as
Magic Planet, Global Village, Mellors, Al Hokair, Dubai Economic Department. Operating 8 permanent
sites in U.A.E and in Qatar. Non permanent sites vary
• Oversaw the selection and procurement of merchandizing for units, assist in unit design, and layout as
each client requirements differs thus need to twig and alter
• Ensured stock levels were adequately maintained in accordance with market and seasonal trends
• Team force of around 40 staff during quiet times and on peak times 100 - 120 people
• Established track record of increasing revenues and ultimately growing operations
• Looked after training of staff, and developing ways to keep staff trained, focus and motivated
• Quick to reach in all areas of operation and to ensure delivery on time
• Involved in monthly budgets and P&L, and annual reviews. To monitor business plans, policies and
procedures and budgets for not just sites but also for the region

• Develop the concept in Asia, Africa, Russia and Middle East; key roles include finalizing contracts with
clients, assist in terms of development and training for these areas. Help client with shipments of goods and
doing the needful shipping documentation. Currently our client data base is over 25 countries. Have also
successfully managed the opening of our Cape Town offices and Singapore branch, and will head the
operations in setting up outlets in these two countries
• Liaising with our Agents in Russia, Middle East, and Africa to follow up in terms of progress and stock
orders. Part of the yearly audit team that inspect progress of our agents in other countries

• Implementing operational procedures in all stores to insure that standards are met
• Ensuring that food costs are in line with stores overall budget and assisting in drawing up of store monthly/
weekly expenses and food-cost statements. Involved in menu and food costing and design aspects of the
menu and shop layout
