The document outlines the structure of a virtual hospital training program. Each floor of the virtual hospital corresponds to a day of training, and trainees must complete tasks on the lower floors before advancing to the upper floors. Floors contain a library with training materials and testing rooms. Trainees earn badges for completing tasks, which are divided into categories and can unlock rewards. A shoutbox allows sharing comments and experiences, and highly rated comments are included in a knowledge base for all users.

3. Training is set inside a virtual hospital.

of a specialised magazine for a limited
period of time).

Possibility to vote comments (using “like”,
the typical function of social networks)
depending on their usefulness for users’
