2. Little Caesars Dough Ball(available for purchase at Little Caesars)
Flour(not much is needed)
Dough roller
14 inch circular pan
Cornmeal
Ladle
Little Caesars sauce(also available for purchase or use your own)
8 ounces of mozzarella cheese
30 pepperonis
Oven
Pan gripper
Spatula
Pizza slicer
3. Set the dough ball wet side facing
up
Sprinkle enough flour to cover the
face side of the dough ball
Flatten the dough ball with the
roller until it is the size of the pan
Pour a light coat of cornmeal into
the pan
Place the dough floury side down
into the pan
Make sure the dough touches all
the sides of the pan but doesn’t
ride up them
Let the dough sit until it reaches
room temperature(approx 20
minutes)
4. After the dough is done
grab your ladle and fill it
with sauce(your choice
on the amount)
Pour the sauce onto the
middle of the pizza and
gently press on it with the
ladle and move it around
in circular motions to
spread the sauce
Spread the sauce about
an inch away from the
edge(otherwise you
won’t have any crust)
5. Take your 8 ounces of
cheese and spread it
evenly over the pizza
Now, place the
pepperonis on the pizza
in 6 rows. The first row
has 4, the second has 5,
the 3rd and 4th have 6, the
5th has 5, and the 6th has
4.
6. Preheat your oven to 475
degrees
Place the pizza(still in the
pan) into the oven to
cook it
Let the pizza cook for
4:30-5 minutes
7. One the pizza has
finished cooking
remove it carefully
from the oven
Use the pan gripper
to hold the pan and
the spatula to lift the
pizza out of the pan
onto the box
Use the pizza cutter
to cut the pizza
