of thirty five employees. This included, day to day operations, performance management and
expenses and travel arrangements. I acted as the main point of contact between staff and the
senior management for all aspects of their employment.

that met and exceeded what they had benchmarked for themselves, analyzed individual

Created customer service program which I delivered to 500 staff throughout Europe, which

Europe. This included organizing social events for staff all over Europe to come together with
the intension of building cultural and interpersonal relationships with team members. This
was a huge success and was reported to have increased staff communication and
