Hengst at the Automechanika 2014 trade show:

Automechanika trade show (Messe Frankfurt, 16-20 September,

February 2014, Hengst was honored with the "Daimler Supplier

thin-walled weight-optimized aluminum die casting, with wall
thickness down to just 2 mm and an all-round compact design.
As well as being ultra-efficient and kind to the environment, the
filter insert also facilitates service-friendly non-contact
replacement from above. The oil filter module also comes with a
built-in heat shield and initial-filling valve.

The weight-saving design manages to filter and cool the oil all in
one, within an ultra-compact space. The sustainable
technologies we leverage in this development also help boost
the overall system efficiency. Key innovations include the plastic
oil discharge screw in the filter cover as well as the direct screw
connection of the oil cooler.
Active customer focus – worldwide
Remaining close to our partner production sites in the
automotive industry as well as the key markets in the IAM
sector: Recent years have seen Hengst consistently consolidate
its global presence. The most recent addition comes in the form
of Hengst Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., handling business operations in
Singapore. The company intends to leverage the central location
of the metropolis to steadily consolidate its service filter
business for the IAM sector in South-East Asia. The advantages
of this location are self-evident: The relevant markets are easily
accessible, leaving the way clear to establish intensive and

Online catalog: For all the latest information
Just one click brings the user to the Hengst online catalog,
which has proved its worth as the interactive complement to its
printed cousin – constantly updated and upgraded. Reaching the
target with a single query: All thanks to the central input field,
where the user has the chance to input arbitrary search queries.
The Hengst online catalog is available in versions for each of the
six continents (Europe, South America, North America, Asia,
Australia, Africa.) A total of twelve languages helps meet the
requirements of all global customers.
Particularly convenient, meanwhile, is the new online dealer
search: IAM customers now have direct access to customer data
and directions from wholesale dealers and exporters handling
the Hengst service filter range. Over 400 contact addresses are
already globally available – and the total is growing all the time.
Things have also been simplified in terms of access to IAM
products for all resellers, dealers and workshops thanks to this
new service.
