5. (Mitosis) Prophase Mitosis has different parts and the first stage is prophase. In the stage the chromosomes duplicate (x-shape) and then the nucleolus disappears.

8. Metaphase In this stage the chromosomes get tugged on by the fibre spindles . These x-shaped chromosomes get lined up in the middle of the cell.
