Drop the mind daily by – practice NOW
1. Sit with eyes closed or lie down comfortably
2. Watch the breath and count like breath-IN 1 to breath-OUT1 until 25
3. Begin deep, silent and slow breathing into belly
4. Start counting until 25
5. Do nothing and enjoy calm and peace
Remember
Breath should become deeper and deeper
If breath rate slows down and you remain still , calmness will come
