2. What is it? Google Reader is an aggregator – it pulls the latest feeds from your favourite sites into a single location Why would I use it? Google Reader is your one stop shop instead of visiting dozens of blogs or news sites. You can sort your feed subscriptions into folders and even share items that you find interesting. What do you mean by feeds? Most websites that publish articles will allow you to subscribe to the article feed. This is similar to signing up to an email newsletter except the articles go to your aggregator instead of your email address. Look for this icon to find a feed and click on it if you need to get the feed url in your browser’s address box
3. Getting started Sign in to your Google Account (follow the steps to create one if necessary) Back at Google.com.au go to more then select Reader from the dropdown menu
9. Reading articles Star, like, share, email or tag items at the bottom of the article window You can link to your shared items to give others a summary of your reading list
