4. Don’t come to yoga sessions late- if you come
rolling into the class late, you may ruin the energy of the
class.
Turn of cell phones- it distracts everyone from
focusing on themselves and their breath.
Make sure you sign in- we won’t be able to get a
good head count if you don’t sign in.
Listen to your body- yoga is for you to connect your
mind to your body and find peace. It’s not a competition
with the rest of the class.
7. Our Beginner sessions are for those who have yet
to take a yoga a class and need a bit more time
to transition into each pose.
It’s also a very good way to help recover from an
injury caused by another activity.
Builds a solid foundation for yoga.
8. Our Intermediate sessions are a bit faster pace.
The poses are a bit more challenging and require
more physical effort and background in yoga.
The body feels more stretch in the poses and
begins to tone muscles.
9. Our Advance sessions really give a workout. At a
quick, challenging pace, you will feel your body
working.
More advance poses and more use of muscles that
don’t typically receive a large amounts of work
10. Be ready to sweat! On Fridays, our hot yoga
sessions really strives for a deep stretch in your
body.
With the room temperature raised, you’ll be
soaking wet from working hard. You will burn
lots of calories.
