2. The beginning
The Revolution began in the 18th century.
Britain attempted to enforce taxes and laws, but they would not
give the Americans citizenship. They thought the colonies
should make up the cost required of having them apart of the
Empire.
Right away this did not go well with the people of the colonies.

3. Declaration of Independence
In 1772 committees of correspondence were created, form
there their own Provincial Congress was formed.
Parliament was then full rejected and replaced with the First
Continental Congress in 1774.
Britain sent troops and fight broke out in 1775.
1776 a representative from each of the 13 colonies voted to
adopt the Declaration of Independence which rejected the
monarchy and its Parliament. This formed the United States.
