Excellence is expected everywhere, right from the loading
docks to the boardroom. So, good bosses treat their
employees as if he/she is the most important person in the
room. And to pay back, employees at all levels take charge
of their own destinations.
WORK SHOULD NOT BE TOIL, BUT FUN!
Only mediocre bosses believe that work is a necessary
evil. In turn they turn into oppressors and their employees
as victims.
But great bosses know that work is something inherently
fun!
Happy employees make a successful company!
CHANGE IS GROWTH, BUT NOT PAIN.
Change is an inevitable part of life, good bosses do not
value change for the sake of its own. They know that
success is only possible if employees embrace new ideas
and new ways of doing business.
