I believe that all people with autism deserve the opportunity to join the workforce to become as independent and productive as possible. With 80% of adults with autism unemployed, there is a failure in our system of education, social services, and business to leverage the potential of people with autism. In 2013 I founded Yes She Can Inc. to develop job skills for young women with autism. We operate Girl AGain, a resale boutique for American Girl dolls where we operate our store as a laboratory to directly teach job task skills, business concepts, and workplace social skills.
