Roles are all part of the Insurance and risk management teams at Aon
The Aon Apprenticeship role is focused on client service administration.
Start as a permanent member of the business in roles supporting client management
teams or broking teams. Your future role at Aon could develop into an advisor, broker
or a technician capacity.
Insurance and risk management team
Aon’s insurance and risk management team helps organisations to identify the risks
they face and ensures they are provided with the best possible cover for their needs,
so that in the event of major catastrophes, they can keep going and people can get on
with their lives.
Early responsibility is a way of life at Aon. You’ll very quickly become a technical
specialist, helping clients and supporting our account managers to deliver market-
leading products far sooner than you would in many other organisations.

7. What is needed to apply?
280 UCAS points from 3 A Levels (not including General Studies), or equivalent studies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer service skills understanding
Team working skills
Organisational skills
Basic understanding of the insurance world
