It is a service unit of the
school in-charge of the
spiritual and pastoral growth
and welfare of the students in
the school.
The Head of the Ministry will

B. Guidance and Counseling
The guidance Program
consists of professional services
which aim to assist the students
in their total development.
Students should avail

Guidance Center.

C. Financial Aid
To assist in providing students who are
financially handicapped with educational
opportunities like:
1. Full tuition scholarships to first honors
students from grade eight to grade 12.
2. Grants-in-aid.
3. Scholarship honored by the school.
10. • Section 3: Student Co-Curricular Activities
There is a wide variety of co—curricular activities
provide for the students. These activities are executed
under the supervision of club advisers and moderators.
The activities aim to promote and develop the cultural,
social and spiritual consciousness of the students, so
that they become productive, responsive and creative
members of the school, family, parish and community.
These school activities however, mean to supplement,
not hinder the studies of the students. Every bonafide
elementary and high school student is automatically a
member of his/her class organization.

1. Each student is required to
join at least one organization
of his/her interest.

Directress/Principal and a report including a
financial statement after an activity is held.

major positions as president, vice-president,
secretary, treasurer and editor of the school
paper.
