Currently working as communications/project co-ordinator for the Workforce Planning Board of Grand Erie, a non-profit that develops strategies to build a vibrant workforce. Recently completed a diploma in Public Relations Management at McMaster University in Hamilton, finishing at the top of the program. Interests include media relations, social media, website management, crisis communications. I've also taught a journalism class at Wilfrid University (Brantford campus). Previously worked 20 years as an award-winning newspaper reporter and editor. Also have completed the Canadian Securities Course (2010). Hobbies include music, stock market investing.
