Organization Work Location : Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Hyderabad
Role : INVESTOR RELATION OFFICER.
Duration : JULY 2014 TO TILL DATE.
Description : Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between
Computershare, Australia and Karvy Consultants Limited, India in the registry management services
industry. It is the first registrar to be certified ISO 9001:2000 certification. Karvy today, service nearly
40% of the asset management companies (AMCs) across an extensive network of service centers all
over India and Abroad. The few major clients for KARVY are Reliance, Dutch, Principal Mf, SBI,
TATA, LIC, UTI and JM etc.
Process Handled: Reliance Mutual Fund
Job Profile: Responsible for smooth transaction processing of all day to day Redemption and Switch
transactions.
Role as an IRO in Central Processing Zone (CPZ):
• Worked in various divisions under different capacities involving as team member with
independent and collective responsibilities
• Processing of Redemptions and Switch transactions ensuring high quality with Zero errors on
daily basis
• Preparation of MIS reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis and communicating all the daily
activities with the senior managers.
• Let Team work on process and providing additional training to freshers.
• Providing all the sample reports to the SEBI at the time of inspection and Reporting to Asset
management with regard to inflow and outflow of funds on daily basis
• Monitoring the queries from the branches, AMC’s and Investors, Co-ordinate with the Audit
team towards rectifications.
• Interacting with software department, giving them the specifications and ensuring
implementation of various solutions.
• Responsible for transaction processing of all day to day commercial and Non-commercial
transaction and identifying rising issues regarding commercial and non commercial transactions
and establishing quality checks.
• Collecting the all transaction reports different branches of KARVY.

choice of publishing tool and publishing requirements of our customers, we convert hardcopy and
electronic files into the most suitable formats of faster web viewing like PDF, SGML, XML, HTML,
and XHTML.
JOB RESPONSBILITES:
• Preparing and Presenting schedule and Target for the day.
• Preparing Cascading style sheets. Checking the bugs in program.
• Creating and submitting various monthly closure reports related to IEEE. Timely tracking
collection of IEEE articles.
• Design and develop the PDF file to XML by using tool (Power IZEC integrated). As per the
requirement developing the format (i.e.) XML, HTML, XHTML, XGML.
• Supervise and mentor my Team in achieving target.
• Let Team work on process and providing additional training to freshers.

• Implemented plans that enabled programmers to reduce time spend on project, and making unit
more efficient and productive.
