2. How to overcome premature ejaculation. That is a question that is asked more
frequently than you might think. That is because premature ejaculation is one of the
most common male sexual dysfunctions in men in their forties and also below. There
are several self-help methods that can help you to overcome premature ejaculation
however I must warn you that all have advantages and disadvantages as well.
The Classic "Stop-Start" Method: If you sense that you are about to ejaculate just
stop and instead you could continue by using other techniques like using your fingers
or tongue to keep your girlfriend excited untill you are ready to "get in" again.
The Squeeze Method: Another classic one. when your are about to ejaculate either
you or your girl squeeze the head of the penis preventing the inminent ejaculation.
The head of the penis must be squeeze for 10 to 30 seconds and then you can
continue untill you repeat the cycle of inminent ejaculation-squeezing.
The "desensitizing creams": These can be helpful to overcome premature
ejaculation. These creams have an anaesthetic effect in the penis in order to
decrease the sensations and sensibility.
The "double condom method": As it suggests it is about using two condoms to
decrease the sensibility.
The disadvantages: well the stop-start method has the dissadvantage that I will not
have a continuous non stop sex. Imagine yourself in the middle of the act and then
your girlfriend asks: what is wrong? and you say: sorry babe I must stop for 30
seconds before continuing can I do finger jobs to you?.... I mean come on!.
The same with the squeeze method imagine that your girlfriend squeeze your penis
right about when your were ejaculatining (due of a lack of timming) then withdraw her
hand from your penis and received an unpleasent surprise on her face. That might
destroy your sexual life with her.
The creams, the same thing. If you use them then say goodbye to spontaneous sex.

The weakness of these methods lies in that they act only as paliatives without
attacking the root of the premature ejaculation problem.
