1.What basic principle do you keep as a leader?
A leader should always be involved in their work and have a genuine interest in seeing the
organization succeed. Leadership principles are a framework of action you can take as a leader to
inspire others to work together toward a common goal-they are the foundation for success.These five
principles self-esteem, planning motivation, delegation, and empowerment are all important in
improving your leadership skills.
2.What leadership style do you think you have? Please explain or elaborate.
The leadership style she have a bureauctic leadership because she ensure and unlimited say
to her members that our works are going to useless if they are not follow the procedures exactly or
the criteria given. She also have a democratic leadership because she allows of member to contribute
in a decision making so that the result well be better and don’t have a regret. Additionally the sk of our
barangay have a style that she give the members of opportunity to suggest.
3.Can you please relate the most difficult situation you got into as a leader? How did you get
through it? What traits did you think you have that helped you survive that situation?
The most difficult situation that she experience that when there is a time that she and her
colleagues that experiencing having a bad day and they are all not understands and not having a
unity each other. I get it through by talk and explaining to them that we are not get finish in one task if
our attitudes is not good we need to relax and fix this. The traits think that she have is desire to lead,
unity, and integrity.
4.What does it take to be a successful leader like you?
Before it became a successful leader ,she went through many mistakes or failures that can
lead to her think that she better to give up but she dedicated and determine to became a good leader,
good model in each kabataan out there. It takes so much time, effort, knowledge to achieve a
successful leader. Because it is not failure when you make a mistake , Its failure when you don’t try
again. Try and try until succeed.
5.What is your message to young people like us to be good leader?
Don’t give up. Just stay calm and positive. Always remember that every task and problem have
a always solution just learn to give a opportunity, listen and sharing suggestions of others. Because
they know something that you don’t know and you know something that they might don’t know.
