What we did
•Check out the training program site at http://training.propeople.bg
•We created a subscription form and process.
•We posted the idea in Drupal.org groups and some social media channels.
•And then we waited. Not much. And we got some nice applications.
•It was time to start. We gathered together and decided when our meetings are going to
be, what’s the program, homeworks, tests and all the other details.
