Operation Moodle presented STARS' vision and mission of providing emergency medical transport. It discussed the need for a flexible online learning system to train their growing and geographically dispersed staff. STARS selected Moodle due to its ability to host multimedia content and track learner progress. Moodle is now used for monthly training, cross-departmental training, regulatory requirements, and advanced skills institutes to facilitate ongoing education for STARS' teams.
