  3. * Definition : Gamification innebär att man använder spelelement för att skapa engagemang, motivation och beteendeförändring. * Gartner : “the use of game mechanics and experience design to digitally engage and motivate people to achieve their goals” MATS : Varför är det här så bra då? * Spel - engagera - "deras levebröd" * Det handlar egentligen om att stimulera beteende. Dvs kommunikation och psykologi.  * Inga nyheter. "Nytt namn bara". LISA : Men du, är det inte bra om vi berättar vilka vi är?

  9. Kopplingen till UX, effektkartläggning och användbarhet är central. Dvs modern behovsorienterad tjänstedesign som sätter användaren i mitten och designar kring dennes beteenden. Det är åtminstone så som vi praktiserar det mest.  Mer : Så i korthet så klurar vi ut vilka effekter vi vill uppå, sen tar vi reda på vilka beteenden som skulle behöva "ändras", klurar på vilka "inditament" som de användartyper vi vill "ändra på" har och skapar koncept och "triggers" kopplat till det. LISA : Vad är skillnaden mellan UX / Gamification då? Skillnaden mellan vanlig "UX" och gamification är snarare att vi på gamificationsidan har ganska tydliga mekaniker som vi kan använda - exempelvis sånt som progressbars, leadersboards, points, virtual currency, badges - och vi vet ganska konkret vilka effekter det ger
  10. Så centralt är just det här klurandet kring vem man ska försöka engagera. Därför just drivkrafterna center. Så genom att ta stöd i drivkrafter så vet vi med ganska god säkerhet vad som kan skapa
