14th
June 2013 Filmed the interview today. Drove down to Oxford to meet the interviewee for the interview. We were not allowed to
film inside the interviewee’s house so we filmed the interviewee in their garden. Slight wind disturbance but nothing too
bad.
Got the interview filmed, and proof watched it before left just in case anything had been missed. The footage looked fine.
15th
June 2013 Filmed the introduction to the documentary today. We then filmed a scene where the presenter talks about products
that contain gluten. Brought props (food that contains gluten) to the location for the presenter to use as examples while
they were being filmed.
16th
June 2013 Filmed the scene where the presenter talks about how the food market for gluten free products has increased. Finished
the filming by filming a summary where the presenter left the audience with a question to keep them wondering.
18th June 2013 Began and finished editing today. Was happy with the quality of footage. Some slight sound problem during the interview outside. I
have tried my best to reduce the disturbance by tuning down the audio whenever I can during the interview footage to prevent the
wind sound from getting to distracting.
