At the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in spite of present good results in evaluations undertaken by the Global Monitor (GEM), don’t observed a significant contribution of new enterprises in the domestic product PIB, gross to reduce dependence on oil exports. Several questions regarding arise: what is happening?, what are the causes that are influencing these results?, lack of innovation processes these entrepreneurial initiatives and involved organizations and non-sustainable? To these concerns, this paper is intended to provide elements that help to find solutions and convert to organizations in ambidextrous, through a balance between forces centrifugal and centripetal that therein are generated, this required the strengthening of innovation, seen as a process and a network of interactions involving the auto-organized company, innovative environment and innovative emergency. To so take advantage of the great potential of the Venezuelan population, expressed in their high levels of entrepreneurship, consolidating the purposes of this network of interactions, sustainable companies to strengthen the productive fabric and GDP and thus reduce the high dependency on oil income.
