Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Remote office
Provided full life cycle recruiting consultation to hiring groups as well as full life cycle recruiting. Recruited
top talent for a variety of business functions including Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Repair, Field
Services, Sales, Operations, and Information Technology. Managed on value stream independently and

• Created GE Additive Recruitment Marketing Landing page using step by step measures. No previous

use of this site when attending AMUG and related conferences. Conducted virtual recruitment events
as needed.
• Maintained a minimum of 15 requisitions to as many as 70. At peak times, maintained performance
while leaning in on my leaders to support. Hired 108 candidates in one-year, lowered time to fill by
37%, managed 91 requisitions, and decreased early loss of hires by 8%.
