5. Unit of Special SME State Support Programs Implementation in
St. Petersburg:
1 Promotion of SME support and development programs in
St. Petersburg, interaction with associations and unions, representing
the interests of SMEs;
2 Support of industrial localization of leading foreign companies with
the aim of engaging St. Petersburg SMEs in the development of
high-tech products on subcontracting basis;
3 Facilitation of establishment of leading foreign companies’ R&D
centers in St. Petersburg;

for SME support”, including a register of state support recipients

6. Unit of State Support Programs Facilitation of SME Innovative
Development:
1 Assistance in implementation of measures aimed at facilitation of
R&D activities and development of Technological platforms in
accordance with the recommendations developed by the Ministry
of Education and Science;
2 Assistance to the Committee for Economic Development,
Industrial Policy and Trade in realization of cluster policy in St.
Petersburg within the priority areas for the city's economy;
Support of participation of St. Petersburg companies in the Competition of
3 projects for nanotechnology centers and other competitions for funding of
innovative projects by the programs of innovative development of companies
with state participation, governmental corporations, federal state unitary
enterprises, as well as in federal programs;
4 Interaction with the Funds: Fund for Venture Investment
Development Assistance for Small Science and Technology
Enterprises, Fund for Small Business Credit Assistance, Pre-Seed
Investment Fund;
5 Facilitation in organization of information activities aimed at
promoting efficient implementation of innovation policy.
