12. A leader doesn’t depend on others in solving problems but he/she is still willing on accepting any help/suggestion that is being offered.

13. Tip 4: Communicate consistently, clearly and concisely

14. Communication is not just about talking and writing. It’s about having a great relationship towards other people. Gives clear direction.

15. Tip 5: Keep your temper in check

16. Have the right amount of emotion at the right time. Don’t exaggerate or be numb.

18. Be confident. Feeling good on the outside will make you feel good in the inside.
