Effective 21 September BOL access will be CAC only, this change reflects continual efforts to keep PII safe.

PHYSICAL READINESS PROGRAM POLICY CHANGES
NAVADMIN 231/13 announced changes to the Physical Readiness Program. Effective immediately the
number of days allowed for Sailors to complete the physical readiness test after the official body composition
assessment date is increased from 10 to 45 days. In addition, Sailors requiring a deployment health
assessment in the form of either a Post Deployment Health Assessment or a Post Deployment Health
Re-assessment, must be within assessment periodicity to participate in the PFA. Point of contact is Mr. Bill

The semi-annual NFAAS update deadline is approaching. If your Command has not done so already, now is
the time to have your Sailors get into NFAAS and update their personal and family information. The deadline
for updating/verifying information is 30 September. It only takes a few minutes to update NFAAS; ensure
you do your part and get your command 100% verified! Questions can be directed to (866) 946-9183 or via

NFAAS UPDATE DEADLINE APPROACHING
EVAL CHANGES
NAVADMIN 216/13 announced changes to trait average reporting requirements on evals. No changes were
made to the actual FITREP and EVAL forms. Guidance to reporting seniors when evaluating subordinates for
Command or Organizational Climate/Equal Opportunity and Military Bearing/Character traits has changed.
Blocks "34" and "35" on officer fitness reports, "35" and "37" on chief petty officer evaluations, and blocks
"35" and "36" on enlisted evaluations are now required to clearly evaluate how a Sailor has directly
contributed to, improved, or sustained a productive and professional command climate. Point of contact is
