Weed Act. The Illinois Exotic Weed Act makes it
unlawful to buy, sell, offer for sale, distribute,
or plant seeds, plants or plant parts of listed
exotic weeds in Illinois

“(2) To control the spread of kudzu vine
(Pueraria lobata), which is hereby designated
as a noxious and dangerous weed to
agriculture, by methods in compliance and

used for such purposes…”
