This presentation describes the process of a planit-waste workshop.Planit-waste models a county with 3 districts, all with different socio-economic, environmental and waste profiles. The 5 are judged on sustainability, recycling targets, landfill allowances, waste arisings and viability. Planit-WASTE has been used in 3 regions to bring partnerships together and to consider waste in sustainable terms.
