5. Welcome to the Museum of Bad Art! MOBA started in 1993 in Boston. Only about 10% of the works submitted to MOBA are accepted. They currently have 400 artworks on a rotating program in the gallery. They have a book publication, an online gallery, and merchandise. MOBA receives international submissions! MOBA lends out their collection to other groups! 7.
