Xu Meiling is a graduate student from Department of Psychology and Behavior Sciences , Zhengjiang University, majored in applied psychology, focusing on managrial psychology. Xu Meiling has solid knowledge background and research internship in Managerial Psychology, Cross-cultural Psychology, human resource management and also E-learning, as she finished her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, too. Now Xu meiling is focused on the fields of cross-cultural issues (especially Germany and China), leadership and team process.
