3. PROBLEM STATEMENT

How can we simplify the current meeting feedback and
notes data-entry system?

How can we utilize SalesForce & Chatter to enable
mentors and mentees to directly log their notes and
feedback during their meeting?

How can we use the Salesforce database to create a
file exchange system between a mentor & mentee,
to include post-meeting feedback and notes?
4. SOLUTION APPROACH
1) Create and code a blank field form that
automatically enters data into the database
2) Utilize Salesforce AppExchange apps to
digitize these processes
7. SALESFORCE: CHATTER
Current System Capabilities:
-Manual entry into the database
-Share and edit documents in groups
-No document creation capabilities
13. SOLUTION: 2 APPS
Automating forms and data entry to populate the SalesForce database
-Pulls and consolidates data from multiple Salesforce sources
-Automatically create notes or feedback by filling in a customized
template
-Document is uploaded to that mentee’s account
-Documents can be emailed from within Salesforce
-Accessibility preferences can be set within Chatter
