Tumelo Lucas Thakhane My first name is Tumelo Lucas and my surname is Thakhane. I am a third year student at the University of Johannesburg. The following information is about my personal interests, professional development, and experience: My Subjects of specialization are Sociology (for teaching Life-Orientation and Social Sciences) and Tourism FET phase. Other subjects of my interests are Southern Sotho Home language and English Additional Language. With the subject Life Orientation I aspire to equip my learners with interpersonal skills, positive self-concept, and effective citizenship. With the languages, it is of my interest to see my learners developing effective communication skills
