performances from the world of theatre, dance, film, fashion, art and more. It’ll be one of
the most premier festivals of its kind in South East Asia, specifically in Indonesia.
Sayfestville is an event that being established to celebrate culture and creativity, an
event to provoke and inspire youth to respond to new challenges, ensure Indonesia
remains a place where bold ideas and the pioneering individuals behind them are able to
thrive, and present Jakarta as an international destinations and as an international
creative hub.
Currently, we are initiating partnership collaborations with potential media partners;

Media Partnership Opportunity
Media Partnership will have an opportunity to promote and expose your brand,
product and services to the large number of festival goers at this premier event at
a relatively low cost compared to other promotional activities. And, we will ensure
that all our media partners get the maximum value out of their contribution to the
festival. And in return, we want to have the maximum promotion and coverage of
our event through you.
Benefits of Media Partnership
The following is a brief list of direct benefit to our media partners:
1. Association with an event of creative community importance
2. Publicity through electronic and print media. Your logo will appear in:
a. Program book (20,000 copies)
b. The festival website
c. In the thank you backdrop that will be displayed on-site festival

As a media partner, we understand that your partnership requirement
might be different from what we have on offer. If you have any special
need or requirements regarding your partnership or promoting yourself
at the festival, we are happy to discuss further.
Responsibilities of the Media Partners
The following are our expectations from our media partners:
Print Media
1. Put a full page full color display ad (with sponsor logo) on printed
magazine at least 3 times (February, March, April 2012)
2. Put a full page full color advertorial (with sponsor logo) on printed
magazine at least 2 times (March, April 2012) (Material from Sayfestville,
written by media partner)
3. Put Sayfestville on printed magazine event listing at least 2 times
4. Put a Sayfestville banner on media partner website with the link to
www.sayfestville.com (February, March, April 2012)
5. Put a full page full color after-event coverage on May 2012 issue
6. Cover the news/articles leading up to the festival (i.e. profile interview with
Sayfestville’s founder)
