The Demand management area manages IT Business relations, faces to business needs, captures them into requirement specifications or concepts and formulates the development initiatives to be prioritized and approved (or rejected) by portfolio steering group.
The outcome from the demand area is a prioritized development initiative with a good specification.
Demand management is promoting IT, its services and development initiatives for the business.
