10. FURY is not just another SP
It is an optimised combination of 2 very different pyrethroid types
that affect insects in different ways :
1. Cyano pyrethroid = alpha cypermethrin: - moves across the cuticle of the
insect very quickly and disrupts the insects nervous system
2. Non cyano pyrethroid = Bifenthrin: - addition of fluorine group ensures
slow breakdown, results is slower knockdown but long term persistence
(residual control)
