2. Value Proposition
We propose a web service framework offering to users:
a - Entertainment by means of beta-applications use;
b - Early access to most recent and famous Videogames and Mobile
applications;
c - Team net playing;
d - Gain credits based on frequency of games use and feedback
given;
e - Spend these credits on social events registrations, renew or
discount for applications (contact offered from our web service) of
major interests, discount on hardware platforms;
f - Socialize with people of same interests in the net developed
through our web service.

3. Experiments
Our idea has been tested on our friendship circles by means of personal
interviews. We obtained a total of 240 answers and classified the information
obtained as follows:
I. Potential user point of view
Main issues asked to our interviewees from a user viewpoint were:
1.1 Interest on trying most recent videogames versions that have not been
launched to public use yet;
1.2 Associate this interest with profit benefits, such as discounts on new
licenses, in exchange for the provided feedback;
1.3 Socialize and share ideas and opinions with people of same interests
on the accessed applications;
1.4 Get involved more deeply participating on organized events related to
applications of interest, which include guaranteed fun, socializing and
awards for most active users.

II. Potential customer point of view
Main issues asked to our interviewees from a customer viewpoint were:
2.1 Interest on accessing a wide-network of users (potential customers)
interested on their applications by means of a specialized web-service party;
2.2 Disponibility of granting with a discount new application Releases, to users
recommended from web-service party;
2.3 Associate this interest with professional feedback collections from the web
service party, in exchange for payment;
2.4 Considering advertisement on the web-service party (particularly if
many of their concurrents have also considered this opportunity);
2.5 Considering quality assessment certification from the web-service
party (particularly if many of their concurrents have also considered this
opportunity and the web-service party is seen as kind of standard in the field).

7. Findings
After the performed interviews, we classified the collected
information into the charts presented in the two previous slides.
We observed that the majority of the subpoints of our value
proposition was confermed from both potential user viewpoint and
potential customer viewpoint as we resume in the showed pie
charts.

8. Considerations
After the collected opinions we decided to reorganize the business model, allocating
more conviction on issues to which interviewees answered in a conditional way. In
this way we could turn these issues into positive points of interest for our potential
users and customers.
Such issues are:
• Providing possibilities of short, simple and fast feedback avoiding as much as
possible the waste of time to who will give it;
• Strengthen our staff assigned at users feedback analysis, transferring most of
elaboration effort from users side to staff side;
• Stimulate opinions exchange among users, related to the applications that we
want to test;
• Organize high quality events with noticable and desirable awards stimulating
competition among users on issues related to applications we want to test;
• Not taking into account great companies for discounts or feedback under
payment, since most of the time they have their customers market guaranteed and
they are provided with an inner quality assessment team;
• Customized trade-off between professional feedback supply and payment
required, depending on the enterprise;
• Efforts on enlarging the users platform in all ways possible and as fast as possible;
• Postponing the issue of quality assessment certifications to a peak success period
of the framework 8
